Dr. Barani Sureshkumar BAMS trained from Kerala, where she lived and practiced from a vicinity of a thick green belt of medicinal plants and herbs, which influenced her to focus on serving by natural therapies and medicines to all patients. She is a specialist in Panchakarma treatments.
She has over 14 years of experience in Ayurveda and has served well-known hospitals such as Kottakal Arya Vaidyasala, Athreyam Ayurveda, Poomully Mana Ayurveda, Palakkad District Peringode, Shri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda Hospital, Chennai, and Jains Gurukul, Ambattur, Chennai.
She got trained from Poomully Mana Heritage Ayurvedic Treatment Center under Vaidyan Devan Namboodiri, who is a Parambariya Vaidyan. Dr. Barani Sureshkumar has graduated BAMS from Shri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College, Chennai, in 2012 and has completed her internship under Dr. Sudhir Menon and Dr. Jayasree at Shri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda Hospital. She has completed her master’s degree and certified courses on International Business in Hospital Management.
Dr. Barani Sureshkumar is the Associate Head of Practice & Governance at Shri Kerala Ayurveda Vaidyasala and has been contributing to the organization in various areas such as pharmacy, software, and therapist management. Dr. Barani Sureshkumar also heads the Pharmacy and manages the procurement and distribution of various medicines and products.
